If you want to coach a BYBA In-House team this season (Rookies through Minors 8/9U ), you must complete this application. You agree to complete a criminal background check and have completed or will complete certification for Concussion and Safe Sport training.  Documentation of Concussion training and Safe Sport training is required within the last 3 years. A background check will be required if you are selected to coach and will need to be done before you work with your team.  BYBA will pay for the background check.  If any problems are uncovered by the background check, you will not be allowed to coach.
